JABZ's Basic Billing Package:
JABZ will collect, confirm, and input all of the information and data from your office into our system. This includes Patient information, Insurance information, Coding, and any other information supplied to us. We then submit claims Electronically and immediately receive confirmation on those claims. In the event there is an insurance carrier that does not accept claims Electronically, we will drop those claims to HCFA 1500 forms and mail them directly to those carriers. JABZ will forward you a weekly report indicating claim submission status.
JABZ's Full Service Billing Package:
JABZ will handle all of your billing from beginning to end. All information is entered into our system and processed immediately. Once your claims are processed JABZ will track them continually which allows us the unique ability to be able to do extensive follow-up and collections on any claims that are unpaid, denied, rejected, underpaid, or "never received".
JABZ will also supply you with any number of reports that you are interested in acquiring including status reports on all collection. JABZ has the expertise to process ALL of your claims, including Worker's Comp, Personal Injury, Motor Vehicle and Accident Claims, Attorney Bills and Patient Bills.
JABZ's Accounts Receivable Service:
JABZ will clean up old insurance claims by doing follow-up and collection, and checking those claims for coding and/or processing errors, then resubmitting them for payment if necessary. JABZ will also clean up and collect on all of your old patient accounts that have gone unpaid. JABZ uses the "soft collection" method and has found it to work over 90% of the time. We will, however, advise you on any accounts needing extra attention.
JABZ is continually verifying and confirming coding changes that may be occurring. We are pleased to provide you with this information to both assist you and us.
JABZ's Balance Billing Service:
JABZ will balance bill any and all of your patients for monies owed to you. We can do this for both current and old receivables.
